These look all nice and easy....till you go to lift.  The Package is made with a denier outer and foam interior that you can load with weight and train with. Mimicking picking up different boxes, laundry, coolers, etc. this functional movement device turns out to be a favorite for able-bodied and adaptive athletes alike.
